08.20.26 | Default toy images, Bridge updates, and CTRL Link changes
Preview
Connected toys can show default catalog artwork on the Toys page, CTRL Links support per-toy intensity randomizer when viewers redeem, and pokesBridge v1.2.0-beta through v1.3.0-beta bring Tip Studio replay tools, Intiface fixes, and clearer sign-in recovery.
New
- Toy catalog images: Connected toys on the Toys may now show default catalog artwork when a match exists in the Pokes toy library. Legacy placeholder images may appear briefly until the catalog image is available. You may still replace it with your custom image URL.
- Per-toy random on control link redeem: When a control link includes multiple toys, guests can randomize individual toys while controlling others manually. For example, with three toys linked, toy 1 and toy 3 can run random mode while toy 2 stays on the manual control panel.
New in pokesBridge v1.2.0-beta
- Tip Studio replay tools: Test tip rules and replay minigame rewards on toys connected through Bridge without going live.
- Larger desktop UI: Panels and controls are easier to read during setup and testing.
- Invalid token recovery: If Bridge shows Realtime connect failed: That sign-in token isn't valid. Copy a fresh token from Pokes and try again, sign out and sign back in to pokesBridge.
- Download the latest build: Get updates from pokes.love/downloads or from the inbox notification inside Bridge when you re-open it.
New in pokesBridge v1.3.0-beta
- Intiface command fix: Intiface toys now receive local single commands correctly instead of cloud pattern holds that did not match how those devices respond on your PC. Some users reported some failures, it was due to a change I made in how commands are sent to the toys to reduce requests to the server on long CTRL Links. pokesBridge now matches to understand the new command send patterns.
Improved
- Lovense Fizz support: Fizz suction is shown correctly on toy cards and in minigame editors. Older minigame rules that still use vibrate commands keep working on Fizz through compatibility mapping I added until all users have updated and data is saved with suction function instead.
- Control link visualizer: The overlay visualizer now shows the toy the guest is controlling, not just the first toy in the list.
Security note
- Windows Defender false positive: pokesBridge is not a virus. Windows may flag it because the app is unsigned while we wait on a Microsoft certificate (about $200/year). If Defender blocks the installer, open Protection history, choose the pokesBridge entry, and allow it. A full docs write-up is coming soon.
Keep pokesBridge open on your stream PC while using Tip Studio, local toys, OSC, or LumiaStream through Bridge.
