Tip Announcements
Tip announcements are chat messages pokesBot posts when tips arrive or when pokes fire. Balance hype with spam: many creators skip thank-yous during tests or high-traffic rooms.

Skip thank-you messages
Turn on Make Bot skip thanking for tips in chat on /pokesBot when you want tips to still trigger toys but no chat message. Useful during:
- Test tip runs
- Back-to-back tip trains where overlay handles visuals
- Rooms where chat moves too fast for bot replies
Custom thank-you copy
On /tip-rules, add message text to individual rows. First matching row wins: put specific high-tier messages above generic defaults.
Overlays vs chat
Many creators rely on Alerts (/overlays/alerts) or TTS (/overlays/tts) for on-stream feedback while keeping chat quieter. Chat announcements are optional polish.

Troubleshooting
Messages still posting? Confirm toggle saved on /pokesBot and reload. Wrong copy? Re-order /tip-rules rows.
