Lovense Troubleshooting

Most Lovense issues on Pokes trace back to Lovense Remote disconnecting, network mismatch, or a stale pairing. Work through these steps top to bottom.

1. Confirm Lovense Remote sees the toy

Open Lovense Remote (or Connect) and verify the toy is connected there first. Pokes cannot control toys Lovense itself does not see.

2. Sync in Pokes

On Toys (/toys), click Sync toys. Wait for the spinner to finish.

3. Re-pair QR or code

If sync does not help:

  1. Tap Disconnect toys in the Pokes header (optional clean slate).
  2. Tap reset beside the pairing code if expired.
  3. Scan QR or enter a fresh pairing code.
  4. Sync again.

4. Network and device

  • Phone and browser on the same Wi‑Fi when using mobile Lovense Remote.
  • Disable VPNs that block local device bridges.
  • On desktop, prefer Lovense Connect for always-on bridging.

5. Use pokesBridge for full sync

If toys stay offline, show Connection limited, or sync on /toys never finishes updating battery and features, pair through Lovense alone may not be enough. pokesBridge runs on your stream PC and gives Pokes a local path to Lovense Connect (or Intiface) so toy list, battery, and Toys-page control can fully sync.

When to try Bridge:

  • Sync toys spins or finishes but toys still look wrong (missing battery, incomplete features, or Not fully connected / Connection limited notices)
  • Toys work in Lovense Remote but Pokes never marks them fully online
  • Sliders on /toys feel pulsed instead of holding steady (cloud fallback)

Steps:

  1. On the PC where your toys connect, install pokesBridge from Downloads.
  2. Open Lovense Remote (desktop) on that same PC and confirm toys are connected there.
  3. Sign in to pokesBridge with your Pokes account and leave it open.
  4. In Bridge or on Toys (/toys), tap Sync toys and wait for the list to refresh.
  5. Confirm the connection notice clears, battery shows when your toy reports it, and local sliders or stop behave normally.

Bridge is also available on the Toys page and in Tip Studio when you need to test tips from your stream PC. See What is pokesBridge, Sync Toys, and Toy Status and Battery.

6. Self-poke isolation test

Send a poke to 💗 Myself at intensity 5. If self-poke fails, fix Lovense pairing before testing connections or pokesBot.

7. Wrong toy vibrates

  • RENAME toys on /toys.
  • Select the matching ACTION toy on /pokes before sending.

8. Connection pokes fail but self-poke works

  • Target may be offline or hidden.
  • Daily role limit may be exhausted: check left on sender side.
  • Creator may have disabled pokes for your connection card.

Creator must show at least one online toy on /toys before redeem works. Redeem pages recheck every few seconds.

10. pokesBot tips do not move toys

Pairing is separate from Lovense: see PokesBot Not Responding and Tip Rules Not Triggering.

Lovense Remote pairing messages

Needs human verification

Check each message against pokesBridge 1.4.50-beta or newer, and confirm the label switches from pokesBridge > Lovense after one Sync.

When you pair Lovense Remote through pokesBridge, the pairing window closes and your toys show up once it works. If it doesn't work, pokesBridge tells you why. Each step is also logged under Recent activity in pokesBridge.

After you restart pokesBridge, press Sync once. Until you do, your toy reads pokesBridge > Lovense. After the sync it shows the exact app, like pokesBridge > Lovense Remote.

An Xbox controller plugged in no longer blocks Lovense Remote pairing. If it still seems to, update pokesBridge.

Extension

The Pokes browser extension (coming soon) uses the same Lovense pairing flow as the web dashboard. Until it launches, use /toys for all pairing steps.
