Timer Overlay

The Timer overlay (/overlays/timer) shows a countdown or count-up clock on stream. Use it for sub goals, breaks, or segment timing.

Setup​

  1. Open /overlays/timer.
  2. Pick mode (countdown vs count-up), starting value, and styling.
  3. Copy the browser source URL into OBS.
  4. Use on-page or remote controls (where provided) to start, pause, or reset during stream.

Use cases​

  • Break timer between sets
  • Hype countdown to goal reveal
  • Sync with control-link duration announcements

Troubleshooting​

Timer not updating in OBS? Refresh browser source cache or toggle Refresh browser when scene becomes active in OBS. See Overlay Problems.
