Connect Fansly

Fansly is Pokes' primary supported streaming platform. Connecting Fansly links your creator chatroom to pokesBot so tips, chat commands, and automation can drive your Lovense toys in real time.

This is a two-step setup:

1. Pair pokesBot: prove your Pokes account owns your Fansly identity (!loginPokes in the pokesBot chat).
2. Confirm listening: in your stream chat, type !test and wait for pokesBot to reply.

The Streaming platform card on your dashboard tracks whether Fansly is connected and whether it is the active platform for tip ingestion (vs Joystick, if you use both).

pokesBot requirements

pokesBot requires:

• A Creator Pokes account
• Premium (pokesBot is a paid feature)
• A Fansly creator account with a live chatroom you can post in
• Lovense toys connected and online in Pokes before tips will buzz hardware

Before you connect

Connect Fansly to Pokes

1. Open pokesBot settings

1. Sign in at pokes.love.
2. On Dashboard (/dashboard), find the Streaming platform card.
3. Click Fansly if it shows Not connected: Pokes opens pokesBot (/pokesBot).

You can also open pokesBot directly from the sidebar.

2. Generate a pairing code

On the Pokesbot / Fansly Settings panel:

1. Click Generate new code (Premium required).
2. Copy the full line shown, for example: !loginPokes abc12345-…
3. Codes are short-lived: if pairing fails, generate a fresh code.

3. Paste in the pokesBot live chat

1. Open fansly.com/live/pokesBot in a new tab.
2. Paste the !loginPokes … line into chat and press Send.
3. In Fansly chat settings, ensure Hide Creator Messages is off so the bot can see your message.
4. Return to Pokes: the page polls automatically and shows 💓 Connected: paired on Fansly when linking succeeds.

You can also start this flow from Log in with Fansly on the login page if you are creating an account for the first time.

4. Set Fansly as your active platform

Back on Dashboard → Streaming platform:

• Fansly should show your @handle and a green status LED when connected.
• If you also use Joystick, click Fansly to make it Active so tips and chat events come from Fansly.

Switching platforms does not unlink the other one: it only changes which stream Pokes listens to.

5. Confirm pokesBot is listening in your chatroom

Pairing links your account and enables commands and tip triggers in your room. No extra activation command is required.

1. Go live on Fansly (or open your creator chatroom).
2. Type !test in your stream chat and send it.
3. pokesBot should reply: PokesBot is online and heard !test. That means it is listening and ready.
4. Optional: run /mod pokesBot in chat so the bot stays visible when follow-only or mod-gated chat is on.

!test only works when you (the creator) send it. If there is no reply, see PokesBot Not Responding.

Test before you stream

After !test succeeds, open Test Tips (/tip-settings/test-tips) and fire a small amount. Confirm your toy responds before you advertise tip menus on stream.

What you can do after connecting

Feature	What it does on Fansly
Tips	Map tip amounts to toy reactions with tip rules.
pokesBot	Chat commands, auto replies, dice/wheel results, and toy announcements in your room.
Test tips	Simulate tip amounts through the real pokesBot path at /tip-settings/test-tips.
Auto control links	Send redeem links on tip from Control links → Settings (/control-links/settings).
Overlays	OBS browser sources for alerts, tip menus, top tippers, and more (/overlays).
Control links	Time-limited toy-control sessions for connections and subs (/control-links).
Fansly tier roles	On Connections (/connections), click Sync Fansly to import subscription tiers as poke roles.
Profile sync	After pairing, Settings → Resync from Fansly copies your public Fansly avatar into Pokes.

pokesBot toggles (after pairing)

On /pokesBot, these switches control how the bot behaves in your Fansly chat:

Toggle	Effect
Listen for chat commands	Runs !commands from your Fansly chat and allows Tip Studio test tips.
Bot ignores all chat	Disables chat listening: no commands, replies, or tip-link DMs. Fansly tips also stop triggering your toy while it is on.
Make Bot skip thanking for tips in chat	Silences thank-you chat lines; tip rules still buzz toys.
Announce pokes in chat	Posts who triggered each toy reaction (commands, tips, extension, site).
Pause AUTO chat messages while offline	Timed and message-count AUTO messages only post while a connected platform reports you live.

Use Disconnect on the Fansly panel to unlink pokesBot from your account. Your Joystick link (if any) stays connected.

Before you go live

Use this checklist every stream:

1. Connect Lovense and sync your toys: toys show online on Toys.
2. Confirm Fansly is Connected and Active on the dashboard platform card.
3. Type !test in your Fansly chat and confirm pokesBot replies (and /mod pokesBot if needed).
4. Send a test poke to yourself on Pokes (/pokes → Myself).
5. Configure pokesBot toggles and tip rules.
6. Run a test tip from /tip-settings/test-tips.
7. Optional: add overlay browser sources in OBS.
8. Optional: install the Chrome extension for side-panel pokes while you browse.

How to test

• Pairing: /pokesBot shows Connected: paired on Fansly with your @handle.
• Listening: !test in your room gets a pokesBot reply; Test Tips page no longer asks you to connect.
• Active platform: Dashboard Streaming platform shows Fansly as Active (not inactive).
• Toy response: test tip or manual poke triggers the correct toy at low intensity.
• Chat command: a simple custom command (if configured) posts or reacts in chat.

Troubleshooting
