Privacy and Private Links
Control-link tokens
URLs like /redeem/{token} grant timed toy control. Treat them like passwords:
- Do not post in public chat or social feeds unless the creator intended open access
- Ask for a new link if one leaks
- Creators can revoke or end session anytime from
/control-links
Pokes holds Lovense credentials on the server for guest sessions: the token is the only key redeemers need.
Search and presence
In Settings (/settings):

| Hide me from handle search | Profile URL still works if shared, but you will not appear in Connections search |
| Appear hidden / online | Connections may not see you as available for pokes |
Connection data
Connections see handles, avatars, plan badges, and online status (when allowed). They do not see your email or password.
Creator responsibilities
- Rotate guest links after large giveaways
- Use roles to tier access instead of one unlimited link for everyone
- Disable auto-accept if you want manual vetting
