Billing Problems

Checkout will not open​

  • Verify email in Settings.
  • Set a Pokes password if you only used Fansly or Lovense QR sign-in.
  • Open /billing while signed in: not from a logged-out pricing page alone.
  1. Wait on /upgrade-success for confirmation.
  2. Refresh or sign out and back in.
  3. Check plan badge in Settings.

Wrong features unlocked​

Premium viewers do not get creator overlays or pokesBot. Switch to Creator if you stream.

Cancel / refund​

Manage subscription from /billing. For payment disputes, use the receipt email from checkout.
